Beach pergolas are available for vecinos’ use. The Beach Clubhouse, Pool, Boardwalk, Linear Park, and amenities like bike rentals and water sports equipment are operational. The Lagoon Multipurpose Hall is targeted for completion by Q2 2025, the Seafront Villas Amenity Pool is targeted for completion by Q3 2025, while the Seafront Villas Central Amenity Multipurpose Hall is targeted for completion by Q4 2025.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.
